How was everyone’s weekend? How much did getting up this morning suck? It’s almost harder to start a new week when you’ve had an amazing weekend isn’t it? Because you don’t want it to be over!
Oh well, time to get motivated and set some objectives for the week! Tell me what yours are and we’ll motivate each other to achieve them, to get one step closer to living a purposeful life!
My weekend and week has stunk. I am still sick and still recovering. My goals for the week get better and keep my blood sugars lower with a good diet. My sugars were good today so far so good and going to see the dr tom.

thanks i am having a pizza. my blood sugars are better. i still feel terrible but i am doing the best i can. who knows tom i could wake up 100 percent.
better. until then movie marathons and pizza

LOL – oh just wait until you get MY age (or your parents age – similar) and you don’t sleep much, have to take naps and fall asleep before 10. Believe me the recovery time is sad… I’m starting to feel like what my grandmother used to say, “If I DO sleep in, chances are I’m dead” (it really was funny when you hear her say it with a southern accent, a smile on her face and the wink). Sad but true!

I quite agree with you on how long it takes to recover from a night out as you get closer to 30 than it was back at 21. I remember I could go out three days on roll and not once feel like I was run over by a truck! These days, I have to plan ahead on recovery time which is just wrong lol.
I have been trying to wake up by 7 AM every morning but I barely make it. The struggle is real with that one. And I tried being ambitious and aimed for 6:30 which as you guessed correctly, failed miserably.
My goals for the week are to work out 5 out of the 7 days and eat healthy.
