The 3 Minute Memoirs – Are You Truly Able To Take A Break?

I’m soooo sorry. I’m kinda tipsy! Not even sure what I’m saying! I do know that I need this break, a time to reconnect with myself and with my soul purpose. Hope you are all able to do the same this Easter.

Love you all! ❤ xx

  2. I’m super dreadful at turning off … my family often call me a caged lion! It’s especially bad after working for a period of time. I won’t be alone in saying that going for a run, or swimming or some kind of exercise allows me to chill out afterwards and re ground myself. I also think taking time out to reflect on your overalls life goals is so important … I believe if you’re not working towards them then you can end up going round in circles and not putting your energy towards achieving them. I use a daily planner that I write down my goal on as part of routine to remind myself … at the moment my key words are be present, be authentic, be positive and truthful – works for me. Happy Easter.

  3. Happy Easter! I definitely struggle with relaxing on vacations or weekends away because my mind tends to keep thinking about all the things I need to get done when I get back. It’s almost like I have to consciously remind myself that it’s okay to take a break sometimes.
I hope you have fun! Relax and enjoy the weekend! 🙂

  4. Hope you have a great Easter and weekend Dani! I have been doing better. I am trying to get my sleep back on schedule I fell asleep at 5 yesterday and was up at 1 in the morning so I hope to nip that in the bud tonight easier said then done. I met with my nutritionist we only had a brief amount of time and basically I have to cut most of what I am eating. I eat too many carbs. The problem is time expired and we didn’t get to come up with more food alternatives. But still good to know I can cut those foods out and I will do better. Today has been great though I wrote 2 stories now only 20 stories away from 500! woo hoo. Happy Easter!

      • Yea I agree I think eating right will make you feel better its just when we are feeling unwell its hard to eat right. Right now I am going to work hard on my diet. It’s deff a motivator knowing eating right will improve my sleep and stress and help my mental health.
